It allows a vehicle to turn where the area is too cramped to maneuver.

The fixed frame:

It is made of a 50x50x5 steel corner iron made of 20/10 galvanized steel sheet with an integrated sleeve.
Made of four parts, it will be assembled before the definitive casting of the screed and will allow to make a perfectly circular lost casing with the reservations that are necessary for the motorization.

The plate:

It is made of a 80mm UAP circular framework connected by 9 steel sheet arms bended to a pivot-mounted central star.
The weight of the vehicle is spread on the central point, which is equipped with ball bearings, roller bearings and 18 evenly divided peripheral tensioners.
In the standard version, the non-slip coating is made of 5/7 checkered aluminum sheets that ensures a very good longevity and very little maintenance.

The motorization:

It is ensured by a hydraulic engine power-supplied by a 1.1kw remote unit with a transmission through peripheral chain.
The effort limitation is ensured by the hydraulic regulation.
The rotation speed is adjusted by the frequency converter which ensures a progressive start and stop.
This motorization is made for extensive use.

The operating panel:

It is made of aluminum sheet with an inside chassis.

It includes:

• The circuit breaker
• The frequency converter
• The hydraulic unit
• The control switches (clockwise or counterclockwise rotation)
• A switch for general power cut unlocking the hydraulic system to manually operate the rotating platform.

The switches can be supported by a radio system with personalized remote controls.
